In order to get familiar with the Alliance Prototype project and the Fissure Project Management software Assignment 1 involves taking the project information in the SimProject simulation software and creating an MS Project file with the following information entered into it:

1. Entering the 7 tasks with appropriate names, dependencies, identifiers and durations.

2. Entering the 10 resources into the MS Project software and assigning the appropriate number of resources to each task.

3. Identifying the critical path with a different color in the Gantt chart and Identifying the critical path tasks with a different color and bold in the task list.

4. Submit your MS Project File with your name and student ID in the file name as well as a file showing screen captures of the resources assigned to the tasks, the task list and the Gantt chart.
