Why is H2C=CHC6H5 more reactive to cationic polymerization than H2C=CHCH3? but then when we compare those same two alkenes to anionic polymerization the phenyl is still more reactive? Shouldnt reactivity flip and make H2C=CHCH3 more reactive when regarding anionic polymerization?
