Question

In the aftermath of recent terrorist attacks engendered by Russian agents, the United States Congress passed the patriot act, which reads in pertinent part the president of the United States is hereby authorized to act on behalf of the national interest by sending military personnel to any country or region deemed to be harboring gangs or gang-related activities that pose a direct threat to the security of the united states under provisions of war powers Act. The Department of Homeland Security is hereby authorized to immediately detain, question and if necessary, deport all non-citizens of the United States who are deemed terrorist and gang leaders or are engaged in aiding and abetting, or harboring gangs and gang members as the enemies of the state. Per this statute, such persons will receive an administrative hearing to determine their immigration status and then, if probable cause exists to suspect criminal acts, such persons will receive a trial under the direction of the US Army. As part of its oversight responsibilities, congress can overrule any Department of Homeland Security decision by a majority vote of both the House and Senate sub-committees on terrorism, the former of which is under democratic political control and the latter under the Republican.

1. Under this direction, the President sends 25,000 light-infantry troops to the western part of Ukraine where they engage in military conflict described as rooting out Russian training camps in and along the Ukrainian and Polish border. The Ukrainian government allows the US troops onto its soil but limits their participation to a 90-day period. The President then notifies Congress of the intentions and rationales as per the directive of the War Powers Act. After the required time period has expired, the House and Senate pass a resolution demanding that the troops be returned to American soil and that the deployment come to an end. President Biden refuses to comply. The case reaches the U.S. Supreme Court for adjudication. What will most likely happen and why?

2. The Department of Homeland Security details and questions Pavlov Kramerkovsky, the Russian citizen and resident U.S. alien, for alleged harboring of terrorists and gang members involved in nefarious activities. He receives an administrative hearing that recommends his deportation and is then scheduled to be tried in a military court of justice in Alabama. Congress examined the rationale behind Kramerkovsky's case and both House and Senate committees voted to cancel the military trial and halt the deportation. The attorney general refuses to transfer the case to the federal district court, citing executive authority to curb domestic insurrection. Kramerkovsky sues in the federal court to squash the military trial. The case also reaches the U.S. Supreme Court for adjudication. What will most likely happen and why?

3. It is discovered during the congressional hearings on homeland security that President Biden's administration's likely motive for seeking Kramerkovsky's deportation is his support for the republican party and his general authoritarian views, according to the testimony of several frightened Russian emigres who have self-deported and fled for their homeland under the Biden regime. The House holds hearings on the Patriot Act III and hears evidence that the Department of Homeland Security under the direction of the administration is deporting many non-citizens who sympathize with the republican party declaring them enemies of the state. Several high-ranking administration officials are implicated including the Secretary of State Blinken as well as Amy Klobuchar, a Democratic senator. The Senate ordered a disciplinary hearing on Klobuchar while calling for a special prosecutor who file a criminal indictment against Secretary Blinken in the US district court for depriving the civil rights of resident aliens. Trial testimony in the Blinken case establishes that the president has notes regarding the purpose of the Patriot Act III in this possession that may implicate both Blinken and Klobuchar in attempts to deport republican sympathizers and collaborators. Both the House Senate committee and the US District Court issue subpoenas for the documents. President Biden refuses to comply, citing national security, most specifically discussions regarding the terrorist training camps linking up with drug traffickers in several parts of the US including Fargo, ND.

The case reaches the US Supreme Court for adjudication. What will most likely happen and why?

Will the president have to surrender his notes? To Whom??
