Prepare a 700- to 1050-word paper in which you discuss the elements of affirmative action as it applies to public sector and private sector employers and how it interacts with Title VII requirements of Equal Employment Opportunity. Your paper must address, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Explain the consequences for employers who do not meet the goals of the affirmative action plan.
