Dirk was interested in a 2015 Toyota CX that was advertised by Dutch Dealership for € 20000. On 2 June, Dirk posted Dutch Dealership a letter containing a form in which he offeredto buy the truck for $ 18 500.There was a place on the form for Dutch Dealership to sign indicating his acceptance. Theletter reached Dutch Dealership on 5 June. He signed the nominated place for acceptance,and put the acceptance into the post on 7 June. On 8 June, Dirk phoned Dutch Dealershipand said ‘I've had second thoughts about the truck, and as I haven't heard back from you Iamhereby formally revoking my offer to buy the truck'. Dutch Dealership said ‘Too late, I'mdelivering it today.' Later that day, he delivered the truck to Dirk's premises, but Dirk refused toaccept it. Dutch Dealership's letter of acceptance reaches Dirk only on 10 of June. (whenanswering all questions, use IRAC method ( Issue, Rule, Application and Conclusion).

Your client has Just published a book named "Happy Monsters", that has become a big hit. Aprofessor has read the book and decided to take small parts of it and use it while teaching in hisliteracy class. Your client wants to stop the usage of the book and wants you to request forcompensation from the school and the professor for violation of his copyright.
