You are the new CFO of a teenage pregnancy counseling clinic. You have four administrative overhead units: Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Currently, your organization uses the same overhead rate for all units, and everyone is unhappy. What activity/method would you recommend to distribute the administrative overhead of the preceding four units and why? Also explain why you ruled out other distribution models. You may use one method for all units or different methods for each unit.
