You are the new CFO of a teenage pregnancy counseling clinic. You have four administrative overhead units: Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Currently, your organization uses the same overhead rate for all units, and everyone is unhappy. What activity/method would you recommend to distribute the administrative overhead of the preceding four units and why? Also explain why you ruled out other distribution models.
