Discuss whether you have come up with additional ideas in regard to applying what you have learned. Provide your peers with additional suggestions for future application of their learning. How do you plan to apply integrated marketing strategies in your future endeavors? ?

This is probably one of the most interesting TED Talk episodes I have watched. He makes a very good point about how to be successful in marketing anything in your life. Seth Godin's ideas and concepts show that in order to be successful, you need to stand out. Just like the sliced bread example, nobody purchased it for years until Wonder Bread made the product stand out and become desirable. I have used this method and I am sure many others have, when interviewing for a new job it is important to stand out. Anyone that goes to an interview and says exactly what an interviewer would expect to hear is maybe going to be considered but that doesn't stand out. If there are 20 people all trying to get the same position and they all say what is perceived to be expected and have relatable experience, no one stands out. Adding personality, asking intriguing questions, or even just dressing noticeably will make a candidate stand out. This is how I apply these concepts and will continue to apply these concepts in my personal and professional life.
