Mark Richter is about to retire as a candy salesperson when he closes on a deal the candy company has been trying to land for a long time. Knowing Mark is getting ready to retire, he will not be available to manage the client after the deal is finalized. Just before Mark is to collect his substantial commission, he is terminated by his manager.
