Identify two support services, which would be useful to recommend to families of the service in order to provide ongoing support to the family.
Identify two community resources which would be useful to recommend to families of the service in order to provide ongoing support to the family (e.g. websites, community libraries etc.)
Include a message to families about how the service can support them in accessing these services
Include on the bottom of the flyer a statement about when it was produced and when it must be reviewed and updated next.
