5. A superheated water is water heated above 100oC without boiling. Just like supercooled water (water cooled below 0oC without freezing), superheated water is thermodynamically stable. Calculate the values of ΔSsys,ΔSsurr, and ΔSuniv when 1.5 moles of superheated water at 110 oC and 1 bar are converted to steam at the same temperature and pressure.

The molar enthalpy of vaporization of water is 40.79 kJ/mol.

The molar heat capacities of water and steam in the temperature range 100-110 oC are 75.5 J/K-mol and 34.4 J/K-mol.
