A random sample of 15 college freshman were enrolled in a six week pilot program to improve writing skills. At the begining of the program they were pre tested to measure their writing skills before the program. Six weeks later, at the end of the program, they were post tested. At a significance level 0.05, can it be concluded that the writing skills were improved?

Before: 79, 70, 80, 63, 75, 75, 78, 72, 68, 72, 68, 72,84, 79, 83.

After: 80, 70, 81, 62, 76, 76, 79, 72, 69, 72, 86, 66, 70, 80,85.
