You need to prepare a proposal for a case study of an economic development project in your community that has run into problems.

You will need to interview at least two involved parties, one that is for and one that is against the project.

Ideally the developer should be one of the parties that you will interview for this assignment.

The project does not have to be energy related project. It can be housing project, or a commercial development of any type.
