A physician knows the probability that a patient will recover from a certain disease is 60% when treated with the current medication. To test the effictiveness of a new medication, he gives it to 12 patients having this disease and he decides to switch to the new medication only if at least 10 of these patients recover. Find the probability that he goes to the new medication if it is equally effective as the current medication.
