A  Leading Candy bar is claimed to have, on average, 170 calories. However a competitor believed that the candy bar contains more calories on average that 170. The average number of calories in a sample of 40 candy bars is 175.5 with a standard deviation of 7.5 calories. At the 0.01 significance level, does the data support the competitor's claims?
