Instructions

Select a public organization that you are familiar with, perhaps where you work, or an agency that you are interested in or one you have worked for in the past.

Presume your current manager asked for your assistance in conducting a SWOT analysis for presentation at the next all staff meeting.

Develop a PowerPoint presentation that includes the following:

• A brief description of the organization,

• A SWOT table with at least four (4) factors in each box (four Strengths, four Weaknesses, four Opportunities, and four Threats), and

• At least three (3) recommendations for improving your agency's operations and for meeting its public service obligations.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12 slides (with a separate reference slide)

Notes Length: 100 words for each slide; no less.

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.

Your analysis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.Your paper should
