Draw the mechanism for the Sn1 reaction for step 2 in the procedure using 2-bromo propane as the starting material. Label the nucleophile and the electrophile throughout the mechanism.

I'm really not sure how to do what this question is asking. I have included what is made in step two as the solvent below so you understand where this is coming from.

Per Erlenmyer Flask there was:

25mL of 50/50 isoproanol and water

5 drops bromocresol green indicator solution

200 microliters of .5 M NaOH.
