Test Analysis:
First new sand blasting machine prototype had arrived Asia. Installation of the machine had been carry out by external vendor. We test run the machine and the result was not meeting the level of expectation.
The test was carried out, whereby the sand blast nozzle shown smooth vertical movement and the speed of blast is capture by pressure gauge 3.0 bars. We can see minor vibration from machine and low noise produce from sand blast process. In sand blasting process is very stress on stabilizing condition and smoothen of the nozzle movement.
We also need to consider the blasting room design. If the design did not build out aerodynamically it will cause whatever blast will be bounce back and worst case it would damage our product. There is also a need on the distance between blasting nozzle and work piece varies according to the desired blasting intensity.
