Strategies adopted in single gender classes, HR Management

Major "intervention" strategies adopted for single gender classes include, "pedagogical approaches, individual, organizational and socio cultural approaches" (Younger and Warrigton 1). In pedagogical approach, the specific interests of both sexes would be considered and the techniques would be adopted likewise. Individual approaches mostly involve"coherent and integrated approach to target-setting and mentoring" (Younger and Warrigton11). Organizational approaches mostly contain only a few subject classes to be single gender while other classes would be coeducational. Socio cultural approaches are mostly designed taking in to consideration the responses under the socio cultural setup and adopt measures to nullify the impact. These strategies aimed at encouraging or developing healthy competition among students of same gender could enhance their performance.
