Software quality and testing issues:

The aim of this assignment is to enable students to conduct an in-depth research on software quality and testing issues. Software Quality can be defined as the level of conformance to the requirements and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) is practiced for ensuring the conformance.  Software Testing, on the other hand, is the first SQA tool applied to control the software product's quality before it's released. As both of these involve a wide range of area, students are encouraged to explore any area of their interest. This helps students to gain a better understanding of the current trend on the software quality and testing and most importantly, to train students on conducting an academic research. The outcome of this assignment will be a significant publishable research paper and a presentation.
