  • As product is to be conveying in parts total cost of the project is distributed.
  • Limited number of persons is able to be put on to the project because work is to be delivering in parts.
  • As development activities for next release as well as use of early version of product is done. Concurrently error if found can be corrected.
  • Customers or end users get the opportunity to see the useful functionality early in SDLC.
  • Consequently of end users feedback requirements for successive release become clearer.
  • Testing as well becomes easier.
  • Risk of failure of product is diminishing as user start using the product early.
