Semilog plot and logarithmic axis, Chemical Engineering

"A semilog plot of y(logarithmic axis) versus x passes through (1,2) and (2,1)." The given equation is y=4.00exp(-0.693x).I am supposed to end up with a graph, but I''m not sure if I am supposed to plug in the number to the linear solution of the given equation, or just make a standard semilog plot and dump the data on it.
