Q. List the functions of insulin?

a) Insulin controls the level of the sugar (glucose) in the blood.

b) Insulin permits cells to use sugar (glucose) for energy. Cells cannot utilize sugar (glucose) without insulin. When sugar (glucose) enters our blood, the pancreas should automatically produce the right amount of insulin to move glucose into our cells.
