Implement the physat algorithm, MATLAB Programming

Assignment Help:

Your task is to implement the PHYSAT algorithm in Matlab to classify the phytoplankton species in the data you have selected. An algorithm demonstrating one solution is provided below and you should use this algorithm as a guide to developing your own algorithm and/or Matlab code. You will need to save the classification data to file and produce a figure containing images showing the classification of phytoplankton types for each day.
