Life Style Modification (LSM) is an important aspect in the treatment of diabetes. LSM will help the people who are pre-diabetic from developing diabetes. For a diabetic patient the changes in life style are to be followed on regular basis and continued for the entire life. It will help the diabetic patient to control blood sugar level and prevent or delay complications
