Explain about concentrator expande, Electrical Engineering

Assignment Help:

In second technique, a concentrator expander (CE) is used near cluster of users and another one at exchange end as demonstrated in figure. Only a few junction lines are run between CEsthat have switching capability. Normally, a ratio of 1:10 between the junction lines and subscriber lines is used. CE at the exchange end remotely powers and controls the CE at subscriber end.
