Inventory are the result to many interrelated decisions and policies within an organization. These policies depends on company internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats. The behaviour of inventories is the direct result of diverse policies and decisions within company. These relate to the investment procurement storage finance directly influenced by inventory control systems.
