Define Stripping Perforation - Types of Root Perforation

It is latral perforation caused by over instrumentation through a thin wall of the root.
Most common on the inside wall or concave, wall of curved canal (dangerous zone)
Such as distal wall of the mesial roots of lower 1^st molars.
Commonly occur at 1.5 mm below bifurcation.
