Create a new user-data control, Database Management System

Create a new user:

CREATE USER < user name > IDENTIFIED BY < Password>

Example: //CREATE USER MCA12 IDENTIFIED BY W123

Grant: It is used to give database access permission to users. It is of two types

(1)    system level permission

(2)    Object level permission.
