Once you have identified a few relevant mRNA species, you wish to more closely examine their messages by sequencing. You do not have the time to search the genome and isolate the DNA from the gene. How, starting with the mRNAs of interest, can you construct cDNA samples that can be used as templates in the Sanger method of DNA sequencing?
