CAR PARKING SYSTEM
A building of 10 floors is used for parking cars. The area of each floor can be used for parking 100 cars. An automatic parking system is used to detect which parking slot is free at each moment. So, the user will check at first which locations are free and select one of them. Then, send a message to the driver informing him about the selected location and a signal to open the gate. Assume that the building spaces as elements of a matrix, write a Matlab program for this parking system. Draw the required flow chart.
Write a MatLab function that takes in one argument, a vector or 2-D matrix and returns a single value, the highest value in the vector or matrix. Use nested for loops to accomplish this task. Assume that all of the values in the vector or matrix are ..

Write mass balance equations for the remaining 4 reactors. Put the known values in the 5 equations and convert each equation into a form where left hand side contains all the variables and the right hand side the constant term.
Write a program to calculate the geometric mean of numbers entered by a user. The program should prompt the user to enter numbers and continue to accept the numbers until the user enters 999.
Let a and b be three-dimensional vectors. Write a MATLAB script that performs: 1. the dot product between the two vectors and 2. the cross product a × b.

Summarize all of your results in a separate section at the end. Compare your results from Step 03, and Step 04. Which of the two algorithms yields the best result? Why?
We have discussed Dijkstra's algorithm in class for computing the shortest paths from any source node to all other nodes in a network. The first step is to codify the network information, i.e., how do we represent the link costs?
