The topic generally speaking has to do with the VA scandal that is still unfolding. You will assume the role of the newly appointed CEO of the Phoenix VA Medical Center and will be tasked with outlining a way forward through the turmoil that is currently engulfing your facility.

Considering the following realm:Dealing with Constituent Groups(both internal and external to the HCO), consider what steps need to be taken within this realm as the newly appointed CEO.

For example, you may want to consider:

1. What are the problems/issues (if any) in your assigned realms that led to the scandal?
