How would you respond to the following post?

While completing the module readings, there were several traits and characteristics that stood out to me concerning being a good co-worker. I think first of all we have to examine we have all been taught since Kindergarten- the golden rule. Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you. If you treat people the way that you would like to be treated within certain exceptions, you will most likely be a good coworker. In a workplace environment you are going to have clashing personalities, it is important to recognize this and to try to deal with this in the best way possible. Some of the characteristics that stood out to me were: common courtesy, effective communication, respect other people’s time and privacy, don’t gripe about work at work, and following up with people. If you follow these tips you will be well on your way to being the best employee that you can be.
