It is a dream state of mind that most reasonable people desire to have a crime free world. It is virtually impossible for a world to be crime free or violence free. Most of us desire to live in an environment that is violence free. There are too many hungry people on this world that feel that they must fight for what they need due to being incapable or having inadequate resources to reach certain levels of human needs.
