How can I investigate and observe the decision making processes in a telecom vendor such as Motorola and Cisco?
I need to prepare a paper in which I compare and contrast the problem identification and formulation styles and to specifically discuss the strengths and weaknesses found in each style. I also need to consider the most favorable aspects of each style discussed to describe a process by which a problem can be identified and described to stakeholders in a manner that is sensitive to their perspectives.
