Managing validation becomes a rather onerous task when you have to design a contact form, an event registration form, a sign in form, etc. However, our friend Bill Gates saw this coming and Microsoft provides developers with a method to validate forms easily: the .NET framework. The disadvantage there is that you're still typing in validation code for each field in all of your forms. But if you're not using any dynamic technology, there are two Javascript methods you can use to validate all forms: one is by checking for valid form data and the other one is by ensuring the proper data type is being entered.
