Summary

In the interview, the HR manager to be interviewed comes from a food production company. The purpose of the interview is to identify how he deals with the complex roles bestowed upon him. The HR manager in most companies manages the workers and is mostly responsible for hiring and recruiting new employees. Working as a HR manager is complicated since one has to ensure that there is sufficient workforce to oversee quality products and sufficient production.

I. HR managers have different roles to play in a company

A. These roles are complicated and they have to be dedicated and communicate their ideas clearly to exercise their roles with excellence (Renwick, 2003).

B. The employees have to be motivated for them to produce quality goods as well as get to the target set by the company.
