So here is some of my things that can help you write about the paper where ;my my job is a Student assistant on a University campus i do front desk job and some of my duties is

-Greeting visitors or students providing detailed information
- Answering and calling people using multiple phone lines with proper customer service
- Answering emails and scheduling appointments.
- Receive, process, distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Operate standard office equipments (fax, copiers, scanners, computers)

So basically just apply some of these stuff at my job utlizing any of these concepts that we took i such as Operation Management, Competitiveness, Strategy, Productivity, Forecasting, Management of quality, Quality control or Strategic Capacity Planning for Products and Services.
