1. If you are a manager in an organization. According to theory of organizational management, you choose to being effective or efficient. Which one would you say is more important? Why?

2. Find an example of manager you would describe as master manager. Write a paper describing this individual as manager and why you think he/she deserves this title.

3. Is there a difference between wrong decisions and bad decisions? Why do good managers sometimes make wrong decisions and Bad decisions? How can managers improve their decision-making skills?

4. Choose a job that you're interested in for your future, state it clearly. Then, based on the job choice you made, do a personal SWOT analysis. Assess your personal strengths and weakness (skills, talent, abilities). What are you good at? What are you not good at? What do you enjoy doing? Not enjoy doing? Then, identify career opportunities and threats by researching the job prospects in the industry that you're interested in. look at trends and projection.
