Many of today’s leading organizations are moving towards a more stringent performance evaluation strategy designed to retain top performers, and quickly identify under-performing employees for performance improvement steps and if necessary, termination. While these organizations believe in offering fewer chances for subpar performers, the result is a tighter, higher achieving workforce that will enable greater business agility and success.
