Apple Corporation (Apple Inc.) invests a significant part of its revenues into design and management of IT resources. This makes them one of the most matured IT organisations in the world. Employees are recruited with a great deal of scrutiny but the workers at Apple Inc. get benefits and their job enrichment is treated as a priority. The policies of Apple Inc. promote the recognition, satisfaction and protection of employee and staff. However, due to fierce competition in the international markets today, most companies are taking new and improved approaches toward management of resources. Having strong IT infrastructure, Apple Inc. uses strategic planning and the development of new technology into furthering their dominance and value in the market.
