Leadership quality and skills shapes the business performances. Leaders encourage the staffs to work in a positive manner, for meeting individual and team goals. Such goals forms an important part of the company goal, which is defined by the company. Leadership skills adopted by individuals or managers differ from each other. Through the skills, the leaders are able to analyse the severity of the issue and draft best policies to work towards achieving the same. Members are motivated to work for achieving the goals, and positively contribute towards the success of the company (Farah 2011). Self-awareness is important, as it helps the individual to self-analyse the strength and weakness faced as a leader. As a leader, the manager has to find solution to different complex work condition. With effective leadership skills, it is possible for the leader to analyse the severity of the situation and find the best solution to handle the condition. Accepting responsibilities is one of the most important factors, which enables the members to communicate the solution with the staffs (Long, Thean 2011).
