Do principal component analysis for assignment using MATLAB.
You have 12 samples (each has a duplicate sample for a more accurate reading mayybe) so total 24 samples.
Each sample is one excel file. The samples are the metabolites that are in leaf, branch, different species, roots, etc in this one type of tree.
Three columns. the mass-to-charge ratio, abundance and abundance percentage of those metabolites. I need to apply PCA to my data in order to get the score plots and loading plots to find similarities of samples. If you need more info, please ask.
