The pulley is supported by a 25-mm-diameter pin. If the pulley fits loosely on the pin, determine the largest force P that can be applied to the rope and yet lower the bucket. The bucket has a mass of 20 kg and the coefficient of static friction between the pulley and the pin is µ= 0.3. Neglect the mass of the pulley and assume that the cable does not slip on the pulley.
