The primary use of image preloading procedure is to download the image within the cache before it is actually required to display.
PROCESS:
1. An instance of the image object is shaped by using the NEW keyword2. The src property of this example is set equal to the filename of the image to be pre-loaded3. This step begins the down-loading of the image within the cache without actually displaying4. When a pre-loaded image is needed to be displayed, the src property of the displayed image is set to the src property of pre fetched image
