? XML can be used to explain and recognize information accurately and unambiguously, in a way that computers can be programmed to? Understand? (Well, at least influence as if they could understand).

? XML permits documents which are all the similar type to be produced consistently and without structural errors, because it gives a standardised way of describing, controlling, or allowing/disallowing particular types of document structure.
