The organs that are part of the human respiratory system can be divided into three groups: lungs, respiratory muscles and airway.
The lungs are the left and the right lungs made of alveoli where gas exchange (exit of carbon dioxide and entrance of oxygen) takes place the lungs are covered by the pleura a serious membrane.
