A. DNA polymerase will no longer be processive and will fall off the double helix after synthesizing  approximately 10-20 nucleotides.

B. Errors caused by replication slippage will enhance due to the inability of DNA polymerase to read by repetitive sequences of DNA.

C. Replication origins will not be deactivated thus replication will be initiated multiple times during a single cell cycle.
