What is Tact?

Tact is nothing but a situational score energy. Once I had gone to a Govt workplace for getting documentation. There I was informed to provide unwanted fee more than the recommended quantity. I worked kindly just by asking the worried individual to recognize the unwanted fee. I also informed him that the recognition is for declaring academic permitting by my dad. The individual caught in the situation and decreased the problem.
