What is Stress testing

- It checks the robustness of application.

- It verifies that application consistently provides satisfactory performance under unfavourable and extreme conditions. This comprises- heavy process loads, heavy user traffic, heavy utilization of resources and irregular hardware clocking.

- Stress testing is also very useful in verifying effectiveness of error handling under extreme conditions.
