What is RAD Approach

As the term suggests, this model gives a quick approach for software development and is based on a linear sequential flow of numerous development processes. Software is constructed on a component basis. Hence multiple teams are given the task of various component development. It increases overall speed of software development. It gives a fully functional systemwithinveryshort time. This method emphasises the development of reusable programcomponents. It follows a modular technique for development. Problem withthis model is that it maynot workwhen technical risks are high.
